This section will introduce you to the people who are coordinating RC11 at present. You will find there the names, contact details and short biographical details of the Executive Management Group (EMG) consisting of our President, two Vice-Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and Newsletter Editor. Furthermore, you can find out who else is on the wider RC11 Executive Board that represents RC11 in the various regions of the world. Finally, there is a list with all previous Presidents since 1974.

Nominations and Elections of the NEW RC11 Executive Board (2010-2014)

The following nominations for Members of the next RC11 (Sociology of Aging) Executive Board (to serve from 2010-2014) were received by Susan Feldman (Secretary of RC11) by the closing date of 15th May.


RC11 Officer Positions:

There are 6 Officer positions on the Executive Management Group (EMG), and one nomination was received for each of these positions:

The RC11 Business Meeting at the ISA World Congress in Gothenburg on Wednesday 14th July at 8.00pm will be asked to ratify these six new RC11 Officers.

The RC11 Business Meeting at the ISA World Congress in Gothenburg on Wednesday 14th July will be asked to ratify this slate of seven nominations for Officers-at-Large.

Since the RC11 statutes specify up to 12 Officers-at-Large, nominations for the remaining up to 5 vacancies for Officers-at-Large will be invited from RC11 members attending the Business Meeting on 14th July.   If there are more than 5 nominations from the floor, there will be an election for the remaining 5 Officer-at-Large positions at the Business Meeting.
